The Oaks Outside Training Ground is shut for 2 weeks over the summer holidays commencing 25/7/08.

The ground re-opens on Monday 11th August 2008.

Throughout the rest of the Schools Summer Holidays training will be on for one night per week.

Teams that train on a Monday and/or Wednesday are requested to train on a Monday night.

Teams that train or a Tuesday and/or a Thursday are requested to train on a Tuesday night.

There will be no facility open on Wednesday/Thursday for training until the School holidays are over this is due to numbers of children being on holiday.

If you are still usnusre which night you should train please contact your coach or one of the committee.

Can coaches please ensure that they do not send original birth certificates through when registering new players or teams as these are not returned.

A reminder when registering new players and/or teams

- one copy of birth cirtificate
- two passport photos
- RFYL registration form

Could all Coaches ensure that they forward fully completed Re-registration forms with one passport photo and a pre paid return self addressed envelope through to RFYL as soon as possible.

Can all Manangers / team secretaries please be aware that we must attend the Russell Foster League meetings.

In you resource pack there is a colour coded matrix showing each meeting and which team should be attending.

If you cannot make the identified dates/meeting can you please advise a member of the committee so that we can arrange for a deputy to go.

We are currently under review from Russell Foster regarding the attendance of meetings and are being fined heavily for non attendance.
